Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Our desire is that these become your new favorite boots. If they aren't, you can exchange or return your boots for free* within the U.S. as long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no creases or wear on soles,) and in their original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 15 days of receiving original order.
  3. If it's a flawed or defective product (not caused by the customer, normal wear, and tear, etc.,) please let us know as soon as possible and we'll work with you to get them replaced or repaired at no charge.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

*If you have ordered the wrong size and are needing a different one, we will split the return shipping with you. (You ship the incorrect size back to us, we'll pay to get your replacement pair back to you.)
